I am actually hiring Mr.Met for the wedding. It is going to be a big surprise for FH , b/c we wanted to have him but he said it was too expensive. Then his mom said she would do it for him. He doesn't know we are doing it!

:) of course if I could afford it, I would want to do little cupcakes for every guest to take home with them. I love to bake and cupcakes are my favorite thing in the whole world. :)

Bagpipers!

I'm not sure that it'll wow our guests considering we are both from very Irish families, but I do think it will wow FH because for as much as he loves it, he isn't expecting it and I know he'd love it!

i didnt keep much a surprise, most of my close friends knew well those who asked. Any extras i had i told them about it

One thing i didnt tell anyone about not even DH or anybody at all was that our videographer was going to play a wedding movie trailer during the reception. He took footage from getting ready, ceremony and us taking pics and then edited it during CH or who knows when. Then played it during reception. Dh was very surprised.

One thing i wanted but DH said no to was that i wanted to get either african dancers or brazilian dancers to come in before anybody made their entrances. So in the beginning before we all walked in, i wanted lights to go off and then dancers come out and also fire eater. I even had found a company that does this and was so excited about it but dh really didn't want it which is surprising, i thought the brazilian or african dancers would excite him, and while it did for a moment he changed his mind. That was one big surprise i had planned for then fell through towards the end

Fireworks.... they were in the budget but I cant do them at my RH
