your wedding theme

hi my fellow 2014 brides... just curious as to what color scheme/ theme everyone is doing. i am doing baby pink, ivory and silver. :)

Don't really have a theme but I definitely want the BM dresses to be blue. At first, I loved the combo of navy blue dresses with pale pink bouquets. But, navy blue will clash with the black suits that the GM will be wearing. So...royal blue it is!

FH and I are both huge mets fans. We may want to have little mets touches here and there, but nothing to the point where it will look cheesy.

definitely purple. I haven't decided what else yet but possibly pink. I also liked the idea of purple/black or purple/silver.

I didn't really have a theme and I still don't I guess lol but my colors are Gold, Champagne, a Midnight Royal looking Blue and splashes of Magenta/Fuchsia like color in some of the flowers, just to add a small pop of bright color so it doesn't look to blah.
It sounds a little out there but if you search Navy and Fuchsia or Magenta wedding some pretty ideas come up lol

As for an actual theme I am just going for an old vintage feel. I like pearls, and lace, skeleton keys, butterflies, Flur De Lis and baroque patterns. Hard to explain but I got this photo album and it has everything I love on it and it somehow goes.

Navy blue and pale pink is my color scheme! I am trying to tie the pink into a theme of wine (white zin, obv.) so wine bottles and corks everywhere. I thought about the bruise issue (black and blue) but I looked up a few pictures and didnt think it looked too bad.

Ps, also big met fans!! I probably wont have any aspects at the wedding, although that would make my dad very proud!

I'm so glad you posted this b/c I am terrible with colors! I'm thinking deep purple and teal. I'm getting mixed reviews on this though. Some ppl love it and some ppl think it clashes. Any opinions?

I'm doing a winter wonderland theme! My colors are white, silver and crystal!! LoL I'm also really liking vintage lately and adding a vintage flare, like skeleton keys as escort cards! My girls are more then likely going to wear a slate color, so a darker silver!

hmm...kind of, but I was thinking deeper colors for both. I'm still not sure, but thanks for posting the link! It's helpful to see how 2 bold colors go together

So I changed my colors a little. People we saying that they didn't think the bright pink was good for winter so suggested doing a paler pink. So now we are going to do Navy, Blush Pink, Gold and Ivory. Which since I want a vintage victorian kind of style (lace, pearls, skeleton key, flowers, butterflies, baroque) the blush actually fits much better.

Can't wait start thinking about bouquets now lol I'm loving babies breath lately

Being that we are having a Jan wedding - Im going with a wintery theme. Silver dresses & icy for the venue (white & silver)! :)

My favorite color is cobalt blue, so I think that, silver and white. Haven't decided 100% yet.

If we stick with summer 2014 when we book, it will be nautical themed. Navy & possibly coral and an accent color.

Crashing! I LOVE how many of you girls are thinking navy. We're also doing navy & silver/gray. Purple is my favorite color so we have pops of purple throughout.
