Re: your WORST Subway experience
I have a few good ones:My sister was on her way to work (on a weekend) and the train was kinda empty. A guy stood up and waited, facing the train doors, waiting to get off she thought. She looked over and he was pleasuring himself. I think she yelled Ew and he turned, and it got all over her shirt, and bag. And she had to spend all day at work like that.
Another time, a homeless dude was sitting in the 2 seater with his face covered with his coat, but his BARE A$$ hanging out, and his pants around his knees. The whole half of the train smelled like he had pooped right on the seat. There was also an empty potato chip bag under his seat, maybe he pooped in that, I dont know.
I will never sit in the seat he was sitting on, on every single train I go on.
Another time, a guy was sitting next to me and started to fall asleep, and lean over, over over, until he was almost sleeping on my lap. He got up and held onto a pole, waiting to get off at the next stop. I guess he fell asleep standing up because he then fell backwards, sat down HARD on the floor, and hit his head on the opposite set of doors (big thud). I guess he was really tired.

Every day on the A train seems to be an adventure. Once there was this homeless man sitting in the corner (the 2 seater) and he took out his thing out and started peeing in a milk carton. There are more but this is the WORST and most disgusting!
Hello fellow A train commuter!
Hellooo back at you. It is such a dirty train I hate it so much.
I know, Im not too crazy of the area it goes through either.

Re: your WORST Subway experience
I had a weird experience a few years ago.. I was coming home from work on a Saturday afternoon.. and I was exhausted.I am sitting down next to a family.
This guy gets on.. starts baby-talk with the families little 3 year old son.
Then he looks at and starts mouthing off totally. He's totally cursing me out. I have my headphones on and I close my eyes to ignore him but he just keeps mouthing off at me.
Follishly, I give him a smirk/smug look when this cop gets on the train. (The cop gets off about 2 stops later.) I thought I was ni BIG trouble. I pretended to get off.. but I slipped into the next car.
Thank God for the old trains back.

Re: your WORST Subway experience
there was a college age kid standing near the door.when we got to our stop, the door opened. He started to walk out, but the door closed really fast...ON HIS HEAD! His head was stuck in the door and he was flailing his arms.
finally the doors opened. He walked out, but was very shaken and his head was RED. I told him to complain and that I was a witness, but he said he just wanted to go home and was thankful that the subway didnt' start moving while his head was stuck in the doors...

eww!
heres mine:
alittle background info: im a petite little white chick, who was stupidily wearing a skirt that night.
so, i was coming home from work about 10pm.... to none other than Bed-Sty area of BRooklyn (the realtor called it 'clinton hills') anyway, so I was on the 'G'' train (G is for ghetto) and there were a few people in the car. (Another stupid thing was i was in the last car) So.. there was a homeless man and so i gave him money... thats when i noticed the guy across from me... it looked like he was kinda tossing change up in the air a tiny bit and catching it, tossing it catching it... i was thinking 'thats kinda rude! flaunting his change in front of the homeless guy' yeah, the homeless guy wasnt looking at the jerk.. thats when i actually saw what he was doing!!!needless to say he had his 'member' out of his pants and was having some fun. i gave him a nasty look but i was pertrified... i couldnt move BECAUSE the next stop was mine and we were by the front doors of teh last car RIGHT where my stairs were and if i wouldve gone further back he couldve cut me off and 'got' me... so when my stop came i had to get out RIGHT next to him. i had to sit there knmowing what he was doing until my stop came up.WORST thing ever.
There's other trains that don't go in good areas.

Re: your WORST Subway experience
I went to school in Clinton Hill - and there are good and bad parts of it. On one hand, Rosie Perez and Chris Rock had million dollar brownstones right on the block that I went to school. But walk down a few blocks...and it is completely different.

but this one happened to my friend's mom in the 70's. She was on a crowded subway (the kind where you're literally pressed up against people) when she felt something wet on her back. Um, the guy behind her had just 'finished' his business all over her!!!!!!! When she looked up at him he just gave her a disgusting grin.![]()

That happened to my aunt! Some guy finished his business on her, and this was also back in the 70's!

I had a bad experience years ago on the A train, it was crowded. That doesn't man it was in a ghetto area.

Re: your WORST Subway experience
i have tons.....but1.) a guy literally straddled me once on the train (and no, not a guy i knew or anything like that) i was on the f in queens and it was midday so fairly emtpy - i was sitting and there was a nice middle age married couple next to me when some guy on and decided to stand..ok, but he diecded to stand over me. So i thought i would be 'smart' and cross my legs, you know so if i needed to, i could give him in a good spot (just got a creepy feeling from the way he was standing by me)...before i knew it, he is litterally 'swaying' with the train and low and behold, he manages to wind up 'swaying' to stradle my legs. the man next to me wa so upset, he moved over and kinds manuevered so his leg too was under this guys...needless to say, i guess the guy didn't like it so he got off at the next stop....but it was so weird and violating...i thanked the man repeatedly.....
2.)maybe not worst, but definitely weird...i have this friend from work who takes the train with me alot (or used to before i moved!
) and we would always wind up having people start conversations with us...so the one time, its this woman and her six kids and they are sitting opposite us, well, they said hi so we smiled, like anyone would to young children...thats all they needed, before we knew it they are at the pole in front of us, dancing around it like strippers....at ages 4 and 5...4 of them in all...it was weird!!

Re: your WORST Subway experience
Well, this wasn't on the subway, but on the Staten Island Rapid Transit...a couple of years ago, i was on my way to the ferry, when the train stops suddenly and the conductor yells 'oh ****!' We hit an elderly man who had fallen onto the tracks and killed him
I was so shaken up by that. Welcome New Vendors
