I love the idea of doing the whole photo sharing website after the wedding......do you just create an account and give everyone the username and password or do they create an account??
Also, how did you tell your guests that you were doing this???
Tia!!!

Re: yoyr guests sharing thier photos
ive seen previous girls put cameras on the table or just a little card on the table that says to upload to a specified site (e.g. photobucket) w/ a given username/password

Re: yoyr guests sharing thier photos
I'm in the process of doing this now! I set up a shared site through shutterfly. Now, on vistaprint (I can foward you the email) they are offering 100 postcards for free (you pay for shipping and handling) that I'm having the RH put on the tables, standing up balanced against our favors (wine).
Let me know if you have any questions...I can help you set things up!

Not really sure. But I figure it at least gives people the option to do it...and if they don't they don't, and if a few people do then great!

Kelley - i signed up for an account with Wedding Turtle. They give you your own website where people can download their pictures. I'm going to make cards to attach to the favors with the site information.

This is pretty cool, but can you order prints from it if you want to?

Yes you can - I just found this in the FAQ
Can I order prints directly from the WeddingTurtle website? Yes! Just click on the 'Order Print' button that is displayed to the right of each picture. We've partnered with Fotomoto to provide the prints, and their print quality is much better than your standard online print vendor. Give them a try!

Yep I found it too after I posted it. lol. But 99 cents seems a little pricey for a 4x6 print. What do most other photo sites run to print pictures?

Is that how much they are?? Yes that does seem pricey....I am not sure but I was thinking snap fish was like 15 cents or something.....I will have to look into that....I never even thought about checking into the prices before deciding what site to us....Thanks for bringing that up!
