Yea!!! Thanks so much! I spoke to our Social worker and she said she may send a workingcopy to the agency on Friday, and then we MIGHT be able to Place the 'hold' then!!! I am going to start putting pictures together to send to them, of us, our families, our cats, where we live, etc This si such an incredible journey..I am so excited to be on it! I still cant believe everything is working out..Ive never wanted anything so bad and to think that this is becoming more and more real every day blows my mind....I will be so upset if someone comes in within the next week and tries to adopt them! My heart is set and I cant stop it!

YAY! That's so wonderful! Where is the thread where you describe the boys? they're 7? Where are they from? Do they speak english?

Hi!!! I cant thank you all enough for such support! I know I say that everytime..but I mean it!! I also thank you for allowing me to post on TTC, although we arent trying biologically anymore..I still feel like we are trying to have children, just in a different way..so THANK YOU for letting me share my excitment and for being excited with me!!!!
MaryMoon..I dont know if I hada thread where I really described the boys..Im not sure..but the boys are ages 7 and 8. They are the most beautiful little guys my eyes have ever seen. They have beautiful eyes and the most wonderful smiles. They do speak a bit of English, they learn it in their school because America is the main country that adopts from Ethiopia. I also am learning a bit of Amharic..its hard..But Im getting some words down!!! As soon as it is 100% they are mine..which will hopefully be next week..I will post pictures..I have them on video..and I took pics from the TV screen, but the agency is sending real pictures with their files, which I should receive any day now..so I can scan them and post them.
Now here is where I need some help...We are allowed to send pictures of us and very small gifts, nothing big because its not fair to the children who arent getting adopted..they say if you send pictures, laminate them, poke a hole in them and tie a string through them, that way they can where it like anecklace and it wont get lost. I was thinking of taking a pic of DH and myself and having it put on a tshirt and putting 'we Love you: and then put the child's name...is that too corny? I figured this way they can sleep in it and it would be hard to lose or for someone to steal. If anyone has any suggestions...I would be very very glad to hear them!!!! Thanks so much everyone!!!

Thank you so much!!! I am going crazy with excitment...Im at the end of my semester...youd never know Im a student, cause Im sure not doing any school work!!! Im in dream land...I need to calm myself down because Im getting out of control. I have now taken my video camera and recorded the actual video off of my TV, so that I can bring it and show it to some friends. i also wantch it over and over..I cant stop. When I start to think Im getting in over my head, I watch the tape and see their little faces and I know I can do this..I just know it. I cant believe this is happening so easily!!! I hope that their parents up in Heaven are happy with this too! YEEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA The day I have the contract that they are mine..I will be so happy..should be any day now!!!!
