This is just my opinion...
I would not pay 1500 for an amateur photographer (sometimes a 17 year-old one) to follow my professional photographer around to take zap shots. Here is why:
1. If your photographer is a professional, especially if you have 2 of them, it might make them highly annoyed that this person is following them around taking pics. I say this because...that is just what they do -- follow them around.
2. Although it sounds like a fun idea, your guests might not want to be on screen and it is seriously not worth 1500. You can technically have someone go around and take pics with a digital camera, put the memory card in one of those nice digital photo frames, and have them displayed that way.
If money is not an issue, then I say do what you want because it is your wedding. If you need to budget, this is something I would recommend you thing about cutting out.
