I just spent over an hour on Zazzle.com creating a custom sticker for the monogram on my DIY invitations. I haven't had that much fun in a while
I bought my invitations almost as soon as we booked the RH (I don't recommend doing that BTW! So many things can change) and bought them from a bargain website. I knew they'd be pretty boring when I got them, but I've figured out a few ways to embellish them pretty easily and the price I paid (which was awesome) was for the invites, RSVP cards & pre-addressed envelopes, Save The Dates, AND inner & outer envelopes. I bought the ribbon and gatefolds separately.
The only way I was able to create the matching stickers was by pulling up my online proof of the invitation I created and I literally took a screenshot of some of my favorite details about it and edited it into a sticker. I'm so psyched at how well it matches the invitation!!
The Sticker:
Invitation (Where the 'D' is will be replaced with my sticker):

Actually, no I used a website called annsbridalbargains.com. The invitations themselves are nothing fancy, but I loved the birds and scrolls. I think I paid $125 for the invitations, inner and outer envelopes, RSVP cards & pre-addressed envelopes and save the dates.
I like DIY stuff, so I don't mind fancying them up a bit.

Re: Zazzle is my JAM!
That looks so pretty! I'm attempting to do my own invites as well. I'm being very ambitious and will be trying to emboss the front of them myself. I bought a pack of invites to try out from Paper Presentation by Union Square (they have a website too!). I'm waiting for my embossing heater to come in the mail. I'll post pix once I have made a few samples. I would love feedback from you all.

That's great. I'm thinking of doing the same thing with my invitations.
