Anyone ever have zoom whitening done on your teeth? Or know anyone who has? I am considering doing this before the wedding, but as I read the reviews online I am getting scared! All the reviews that people are writing are all about how they had pain, pain, and more pain! =(

before you spend money doing this... try these at home things... ((im obsessed with teeth, and have very white ones...these are suggestions by my dentists))
BEFORE your brush your teeth, take a cap full of peroxide and a cap full of water and 'swoosh' it around in your mouth for a a minute or 2...then brush your teeth..the proxide will 'bubble' off all of the stuff on your teeth taht causes them to be stained or whatever...
crest white strips are amazing & so it the crest whitening rinse ((which you also use before brushing...2 times a day.))

Go for crest white strips. They really work and are inexpensive.

do the at home whitening systems crest works wonders. They are making a new product where its easier to attach them and you can drink and go out and not worry about them looking weird.

I picked up a 'whitening kit' at BJ's...It was a whitening toothbursh (like i believe a tooth brush will have magical powers) white tooth paste and the 5 min creest white strips... I have only been using the strips for a little under a week and i notice results already
