is so much fun! I tried it last night... all thanks to Lovey Dovey! There is ap lace right by me. I recruited a few friends to go and it was a blast! Burned 400 calories in an hour! I do 275 in a half hour on the elliptical, os I am hopign to try to get the calorie burning up a little bit once I knwo the routines! But it was so much fun!

SOO much fun - i used to do it once a week before my job issues started. I think me and a friend are going to start it up again at Freeport Rec - apparently they are going to start offering a class 2x's a week starting in May.
Glad you enjoyed it - its like you dont even know you're working out!

I Love it! I love Zumba.... But I cant go anymore =( bc of my job.. I always used to go on my lunch now, policy changed... =( But i still do Zumba at my house!!!

its like a dance cardio class... therea re routines to upbeat latin/hip hop/dance music its a lot of fun. go to zumba.com and check it out!

Anyone can do Zumba! You do what you can and just keep moving! It's not about learning the steps perfectly, it's about doing what you can and having fun!! :)
I loooveeeeeeeee to Zumba! I do it a few times a week.
