Zumba

Does anyone know of any classes in the Deer Park area. Also If anyone has done this class can you tell me about it and how you like it.

FM Erin ( Irishbride16 ), I believe she teaches a Zumba class in West Babylon.... hope that helps!

Check out this place on Bay Shore Road in Deer Park.

They have Zumba on Mondays and other cardio classes during the week. I only did the Zumba once there, but the instructor was amazing. I also did some of the other classes like the bootcamp and kickboxing. It's a small place but I would recommend them.

I just joined lucille Roberts and they have Zumba and this other class called just dance. It was so much fun. I now there is a Lucille Roberts in commack.

FH teachers zumba at Bet U Can Dance in East Northport. He teaches Mon/Wed at 6 but there are classes everyday. There is a schedule online.

Wow are those in the morning or night time? Do they take walkins?

Those are really great prices!!! Its 30 minutes away though. I dunno if its worth the gas/drive.
