Zumba

Do any or you girls do Zumba? I want to try it out but I wanted to find out a little more information on it.

Zumba is really fun!!! You should try it... It's like going clubbing in daylight but in front of the mirror -even better:)

I have NO rythm and I do it. I don't care if I look more like I'm having some sort of seizure than dancing.

I love it. The 45-60 minutes just flies by. I spent most of my spinning class watching the seconds tick by. I have a lot of fun with it. And there are ALWAYS new people in the class.

You don't need to go with anyone, I go by myself. And after 3 or 4 classes, you remember the moves so you're in time with the rest of the class.
