On Friday night some LIW girls and I took an awesome Zumba class with an instructor that I know.
We were talking about making a big Zumba party G2G!!
My instructor has an a place in Floral Park that she teaches Zumba, it's a big garage but she said it's really cool inside.
If I organize this how many people would actually come on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday to Floral Park for an hour class. It would probably be $10-$15. I think she can fit between 50-60 people at that place..
Not sure if I should seriously start planning this with her, it would definitely be after the holidays

Sounds good to me any of those night but I prefer Friday or Sunday. How in shape do you need to be to do this class?

You can do what you feel comfortable with, you will probably be sore if you don't work out on a regular basis. It's so much fun because you don't feel like your working out and everything could be modified to your fitness level. It's pretty much like dancing at a club and working out at the same time!

I did for the first time on Friday but it was for TWO HOURS!! and I was sore right after.. I don't work out on the regular but I had just done some cardio earlier in the week... I didn't get up so easily on Saturday morning but I'm fine now...

that's the thing, they don't play my team's games locally on TV, if i dont catch them at the bar, i don't see them.. it's almost like a second job for me since we organize everyone to be there on sundays...
