They're on Willis Avenue in the Roslyn area. The prices were not as high as I thought they'd be given the great quality of work. I think the package we were quoted, which included 3 parent albums, our album, and a 2nd photographer, was in the mid-$4000 range.

We're paying $4700 for the three albums (the examples were the BEST quality we've seen), enlargements, hundreds of proofs, etc. I know two people who have used them for their children's three weddings and they were thrilled from beginning to end.

We are using B rett M atthews and they have been nothing but wonderful to work with. You get 2 photographers ( one for color and one for black & white) and an assistant. our engagemnet shots came out amazing....

sit down and talk to them. we are using them because my Friend used them for her wedding and her pictures came out AMAZING.... No other photographer came close....


*Remember when shopping for vendors, go with your own instincts... Don't listen to others you will be much happier that you did.....

I am extremely happy with all my vendors and the only ones that I am using the same as my friends are the florist and the photographer.....

I just used them for my 12-18 wedding and my pictures are outrageous. So different and interesting. Not one 'typical' picture. They are expensive but not anything over the top. You can't compare when it comes to quality. The quotes above is the range i paid.

We're paying high $4ks, plus we're using their videography. We went to visit several highly recommended and reputable photographers before going to see B rett M atthews. We felt that, for what we're looking for, they blew the others away. we loved our epics.

I've noticed several posts on this website about brides who were unhappy when they had to pay additional money for services after they picked out their proofs for their albums. (for ex., it costs extra to put more than 1 photo on a page, and for the panaramic photo in the center of the reversible album). Personally, I've never really understood these posts- these are the types of pricing questions that should be asked prior to signing your contract. I asked a ton of questions when I interviewed them (which I did twice before I hired them), and I was given all of the information. They were very upfront with me.

However, you should decide based upon your budget, and your opinion of the photos- not other peoples'. After your wedding is over, your pictures are what you have left...so make sure you love them
