Hotel Shuttle for Larkfield Manor

I'm getting married 3/15/14 at Larkfield Manor. I've called about give different hotels in the area and none seem to offer a shuttle for my guests to and from the hall. My limo company has a bus, but it costs a fortune! Does anyone know of a hotel near E Northport that offers shuttle service!? Help

I am in the same situation. Not many hotels offer shuttle. We have blocked rooms at the Shearton and we have to provide shuttles. We constantly go back and forth on what to do bc places charge so much. We def want to provide a shuttle from rh to hotel but just providing a pick-up/drop off from hotel to rh the price is nuts.

there is no hotel very close with a shuttle since wyndham abruptly closed their doors in april

holiday inn ronkonkoma used to offer a shuttle, but it is kind of far.

we are booked at the hampton inn and booked our shuttle separately with mayfair- they offer short minimums (2 hr) to help with pricing!

I'm not sure where lark field is but hilton garden inn Melville provides a shuttle for 400$ the while day.

We just needed something larger so we didn't take it we got a coach bus through our limo company

I'm thinking I need something for about 30 people so a van will probably be too small. Our limo company has a bus, but its $1200! I was hoping to find something cheaper

The four points by sheraton in plainview will do the shuttle to and from larkfield. It also has a bar and reasonable room rates.

We just booked four points Sheraton in plainview as well. It is only 20 mins from Larkfield, they have a shuttle and they will keep the bar open late also. They seem very accommodating.

You also have the shuttle for 2 hours before and 2 hours after, so they will go back and forth as many times as needed.

mayfair will run for 2 hrs @ 14 people per shuttle. you should be fine using them.

we were nervous about plainview (had same deal with holiday inn plainview as wyndham when they closed- same owners) because we are getting married on a friday night = rush hour traffic! and their shuttle was only for 10 people.

Wow didn't know there was a Sheraton in plainview. Our Sheraton doesn't offer a shuttle, however it's 5 min away from Larkfield. Wish I knew this early. Boo

Is the shuttle from Four Point in Plainview also only for 10 people? Anyone get a shuttle deal through a limo place for less than $600 for a bus?
