no Boobs!! // arm pit fat

Hey everyone, im new to the site and have a question....


So ladies i seriously feel like a 13 yr old, i am a 32A and I have stopped taking BC. I felt fuller when I was on it (yes imagine being fuller at a 32a lol) and now i feel so flat. I am petite I weigh 102 but i have armpit fat (not alot since i know im not heavy but i still notice it) ''

So i feel like strapless bras do not lay nicely on me and my dress is strappless. I feel like it doesnt look like im being pushed up or have cleavage. I swear by the new mirac. pushup by vs but i want actual clevage for my big day.

Ive tried chix cutlet thingys, also the ones that stick on you.


Any suggestions on getting clevage? besides a boob job lol ... And also anyone have any workouts for arm pit fat?? I do millions of pushups which prob doesnt help the boob issue. Ive done pullups and yoga/pilates

We have the exact same body type, same weight and bra size. I don't have the arm pit boob, but maybe you can try not to wear a tight strapless bra. If that does not work I would not worry about it because about 85% of females have it. I was also on birth control but I never felt that it made by cleavage fuller. If you want to look fuller just add extra gel padding to your bra

I wore a corset under my sweetheart strapless dress and my husband commented on how hot my boobs looked. It felt different than a strapless bra because you get so much extra lift and support. My seamstress sewed little pads in for even extra lift. I actually didn't want cleavage per se, I just wanted to look 'full'....

We JUST got our proofs and I am quite pleased with how the girls looked!!

Oh and in regards to exercises....lay on your back on a weight bench and bend your knees....use very light weights (I used 5lbs). Open your arms and then close as those you're 'hugging a tree'.....

I do 3 rounds of 12 reps and I'm always very sore the next day!

i think you can do arm exercises for the arm fat. stand up straight with 2 dumbells (about 5lbs) and hold it overyour head and then pull back

There isn't much you can do with the armpit fat. It's really breast tissue (yes it goes up into the armpit, that's why it's part of your self breast exam). You can tone and tighten, but it will still be there.
Try a corset. They provide more push up support than a strapless bra. You can have those cutlet things put into the corset, which will should help push you up even more.

I also have a similar body type except im 115 pounds and a 34a. Pushups will enhance the armpit area because you're working your pectoral muscles and the will appear more bulky. Try focusing on your shoulders and back muscles it may help tighten the area. As for enhancing my boobs, I am just going to have padding sewn in so that Im not flat.

try a sweetheart neckline on a dress, i'm a barely B, and when I tried on my dress with the sweetheart bodice my sister commented how huge it made me look!

when you find your dress have them put the inserts in, the seamstress will know what to do. Imbrace your beautiful body though...there are a lot of beautiful smaller chested woman besides you and me out there...to name just a few...

aww thanks everyone for the help.. i will try all of them lol! .. Im happy with my body but i just wish i didnt look like i had a 14 yr old chest on my big day lol

I feel your pain. I have a 32A chest and arm pit fat.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news but...no excercise will get rid of arm pit fat. There's no such thing as 'spot reduction'. You can work to tone your arms, but you can't spot reduce fat. Your body decides where to lose the fat from.

I'm in a similar situation with being petite and having a smaller bust. It's funny how our bodies can change, right? Even subtle differences can make a big impact.
For strapless bras, I've faced the same issue. They just don't seem to sit right on me either, and I understand how important it is for your big day to have the perfect fit and a bit of cleavage. I've had success with the new miracle. pushup by VS as well, but like you, I'm aiming for that extra boost.
In terms of getting that cleavage without opting for a boob job (totally with you on that!), have you considered trying a bra with some extra padding specifically designed for lift and cleavage enhancement? I saw here something like the "Bombshell Plunge Bra" like Victoria's Secret, It might give you the effect you're looking for.
