Sylvia Weinstock only works with buttercream and her cakes are GORGEOUS. Check it out: Sylvia Cakes

Hey Christine...I hate fondant as well. We are having a chocolate ganache cake. I obviously don't have a picture of ours...lol...but here is one I copied off the internet. MMMMmm chocolate!!!
