Rehearsal dinner locations in Suffolk
I would like to start the initial planning for our rehearsal dinner...the wedding is 5 months from today!
Does anyone have any suggestions for rehearsal dinner locations in Suffolk county? Our church is in Sayville, so I would like to stay in that general area. We will probably be having 30-40 people and would prefer to have a separate room or at least our own area. Thanks!

I'm not too sure where Sayville is, but my RD will be at Tutto Pazzo in Huntington. They have indoor and outdoor private rooms. Its an Italian restaurant with tons of choices, you can do a buffet or sit-down.

Re: Rehearsal dinner locations in Suffolk
My rehersal dinner was very close to there and I highly recommend the restaurant. It is called The Courtyard Cafe. It is on the borderline of ronkonkoma and sayville. It is located on the corner of Vets Hwy and I think Ocean Ave. We had a small party of 16 and had a private cozy room, but they have another room to accomadate a bigger gathering. It is a nice restaurant that I have dined at before and they did the RD very nice with candles and flowers on the table. They have all kinds of packages to accomadate parties or you can have an open menu. Good luck!!! Our rehersal dinner was very nice!!

Re: Rehearsal dinner locations in Suffolk
I am having mine at the Snapper Inn in Oakdale, which is not too far from Sayville, but you could also try the Riverview or Michaels...

Re: Rehearsal dinner locations in Suffolk
I would book it based on what day you plan on doing it. If its during the week, they will most likely be available longer. They book up on the weekends pretty quick. The manager told me they do a lot of small parties. I think they only require 10% down to hold the date (depending on HOW many people you are having)....The food there is GREAT!!!

Re: Rehearsal dinner locations in Suffolk
In addition to those mentioned, you might consider JD Greenery or Bayport House. Irish Coffee Pub is not too far away, in E. Islip and it has some separate rooms. For something on the casual side, Crickets in Sayville has a separate room too.
