Suggestions for a nice VFW/American Legion/K of C/or Hall Rental on Long Island?

Suggestions for a nice VFW/American Legion/K of C/or Hall Rental on Long Island?

Hello Brides! I am new to this forum but was curious to know if anyone could help narrow my search for a VFW, American Legion, K of C or nice hall to rent for my wedding day? I am looking for a hall that will allow me to use my own caterer that can accommodate around 150 guests. I have found a few nice K of C's (such as Oceanside and Bay Shore) but they use their own catering companies. Thanks in advance and good luck to all the future brides here on LIWeddings.com!

There's a pretty large one on Lakeland Ave in Sayville which will allow you to bring your own food in (I know because I've not only had parties there but have worked as a server for parties there)

check the Vamps club in Bellmore...I haven't gone in a long while but everyone I know uses them for parties..I know you could use your own caterer and use of the kitchen ad holds about 150-175

Freeport yacht club!!! I think it's like $1000 to rent plus bar and byoc!! It's very pretty just redone bc of Sandy! My dad and uncles did it and my uncle had my cousins communion there very pretty! We were thinking about it but didn't want to shop.around for stuff so we did all inclusive.

I had looked at their site and for some reason was under the impression that they only used Rachel's for catering but I was wrong! Thanks so much for the recommendation!

There's a masonic hall in Babylon village across from argyle park. I've heard nice things about it but I don't know details.
