Did you make place cards for your vendors?

Or does the maitr'd just tell them where to sit?

No place cards. There's usually a table off to the side or in a corner that's set-up for the vendors - they know where to sit. I didn't even get a centerpiece for that table!

The hall has a place for them. Vendors should not be included with your guests placecards.
