I just got off the phone with Holtsville Ecology Lab....

It's FREE!!!! to take pics there. The number is 631-758-9664 x10. I spoke with Valerie and reserved an hour for pics. She said it's no big deal, even if you don't show up - no penalties, etc.

Yes they do charge a fee of $200. You don't have to make an appointment you can just call and book the area you want to take pictures.

It rained on our wedding day & we still took a ton of pictures outside @ the planting fields aboretum (mostly under the overhang of a huge old building). But we have lots of great pics including cute ones with umbrellas & rain hats etc. Just break out the umbrellas & sneaks and have fun with it!
