3 day weekend?

Hey girls! Have any of you gone to Caesars in the Poconos. We are going to Cove Haven. My husband is a resident and he finally has a weekend off where we can go away for 2 nights. We didnt go on a honeymoon yet we are going in Feb. Any suggestions on what to do there and what it was like would be great!

DH & I have were just there this year, I think it was end of Feb or early March. I remember we were snowed in, it was so fun! We had been to one of their other properties the year before - Pocono Palace. We like Cove Haven much better. The food is really good, and the buildings seem newer.

We love going up there just to relax, although we did go to the sports complex to play games. It also has indoor ice skating. One night we went to the bar for happy hour. If you're up for the drive, Scranton is about 30-40 minutes away. Not much to do there but there is a mall.

To be honest, when we go to Caesars we don't do much outside of the room. I guess that's the point of those places. We stayed in the one with the champagne glass tub. It's also pretty cool that there was a pool in the room.

Overall it's a great romantic getaway. Enjoy your trip!
