About 4 - 5 weeks. I got mine in Brooklyn. I was able to go into Borough Hall and pick up a copy (for a fee, of course) before we got it at home, but that was around August 15, so almost 4 weeks after our wedding.

I understand the city is backed up more than on LI.

Thanks for asking this, I was wondering about this too. I got married the day before you, so I assume we'll get it around the same time since 9/6 was a holiday.
