I was so excited to get our proofs and I am generally really happy with the shots we got! I can't wait to start our album project!

Thing is, DH can't even really look at our wedding pictures....his dad passed away shortly after our wedding and its just too new and too raw for him. I totally understand this...100%.

Should my mom and I start working on an album for my parents? I can't imagine DH would be involved much or at all with this...right?

Yup. Since it's only been 6 months I wouldn't bother him with this right now. You can either work on your parents album and/or start deciding what pics you DEF want in your album. That'll take long enough, trust me. When you think DH is ready let him see what he wants and then combine the lists and start limiting some.
