All cropped up - new pic in OP!

Thanks for the advice! I cropped it all up and I am pleased with the final result. The pics on LinkedIn are so small and I think this will be fine - especially out of context. Despite some of my 'risque' posts on LIW I'm uber-conservative! I think this will work!

IMO yes. But it is an awesome pic and if you really want to use it, i would crop the shoulders and arm if that's even possible

Thank you!! I was literally in the process of trimming it down so you can't see anything but my face! Thanks for the advice!

first off - gorgeous! I can see why you'd want to use it. I would crop so that your arm raised doesn't show...that would make it a little 'tamer' but I probably wouldn't use it. Only because there is nothing on your shoulders suggesting clothes KWIM?
