another successful dinner!!!

another successful dinner!!!

this time I am thanking Hungry Girl...I tweaked it a little but DH absolutely loved it!!!

Honey Mustard Pretzel Crusted Chicken

preheat oven to 375

ingredients
1 package of chicken
1 cup of honey mustard dressing (I used kens)
3 handfuls of pretzels (i used the non salted ones just bc I had them)
cooking spray
salt and pepper to taste

salt and pepper the chicken and put aside

spray a baking sheet with cooking spray

crush the pretzels in a zip lock baggie, dip chicken in honey mustard (liberally) then put it on the baking sheet. Spray a little cooking spray on top of each piece of chicken. Put in the oven for 10 minutes then turn them over, spray them again and put in the oven for another 10-12 minutes depending on their thickness...

I made buttered noodles with it...super simple but even looked good!!! Mad at myself for not taking a picture!!!

I think we should call you Betty Crocker from now on...this sounds delish and super duper easy!!!

Aw thanks! Just one of my new years resolutions was to try to cook and eat at home more :) week 1 has been successful :)
