Antonella's Famous Pasta Dish

basically, make pasta - any kind you want.
once its cooked leave it aside. boil another pot of water. once its boiling add chopped up broccoli florets and bring the water to boil again, once its done, drain and run cold water over it to refresh them.

take come chicken breasts and cut them up into small strips. in a skillet, melt ¼ stick of butter and 2 cloves of garlic (i like to put more garlic but that's me) and then drop chicken in. cook until chicken is white. then drop in ½ cup of white wine and 1 cup of heavy cream and cook for about 5 minutes. salt and pepper to taste.

mix in the broccoli and cook for another 3 minutes.
mix in some gorgonzola cheese (to taste)

put everything in a bowl and drizzle some more gorgonzola cheese on top. so effing good!!!!!!
