anyone looking to sublet an apt on the beach this summer?

my hubby and i are moving (right down the road from where we are) and we are sooo excited! the only problem is, things are moving quicker than expected. we will have our lease for 3 more months after we close (may-aug 1). It is in Long beach ON THE WATER with ocean view, balcony, HUGEEEEE jr-4 (1 bedroom but easily could have a second bedroom in the jr-4 part), 10 foot walk in closet plus tons of other closet/storage, private access to the beach, pool, doorman, parking spot, laundry room on every floor, locker rooms, suana, etc etc. If you are interested PLEASE FM ME--- sadly we need to move because we cannot afford to pay both rent and mortgage for the first few months.

WALKING distance to town and train (plus bus stop right outside our door!)
