Bed manners

I've recently been waking up freezing w/ no comforter or blankets covering me as DH has rolled himself up in a ball with them. He claims it's b/c we have a king and sometimes he forgets that i'm there b/c there's so much room btw us. It's getting really annoying b/c this comforter is massive and i'm freezing every night/morning!!!


soooo who's a bed/blanket hog in your relationship?

OMGGGGGGG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i would have to say DH because he is always cold and i freeze him out with the AC in the summer....i have to go searching for the covers!

Oh it's me!! DH hates it when I 'tuck and roll'...I steal them ALL the time!!! I think we're even though...between my cover hogging and his snoring!

dh says im the blanket hog but I wake up to many night trying to retrieve my portion of the covers from him. Dh is guilty of taking all the blankets

Neither of us really hog the comforter - but I do go all up in his space. You could fit another person on the other side of me. Oops.

Neither one of us hogs the covers but he does hog he bed and FREEZE me out with the AC. I woke up at 4:30 FREEZING this morning. Luckily, DH was close to me (as usual since he sleeps in the middle of the darn bed) so I just moved a little closer for some body heat and fell back to sleep.

O! I will say that he HAS to have his feet our of the covers so he's always pulling them up so my feet are hanging out and we're in a constant battle with feet warmth!

I deal with the SAME EXACT problems with DH. We also have a King, and he rolls with the comforter and sheets, etc leaving me hanging out to freeze. After 11 months of it, I am ready to start sleeping on the couch....

haha i do this too! Dh says I am like a radiator and I give off so much heat and he tries to get away from me in the summer but he's all over me in the winter

OMG that would drive me NUTS! my feet were so cold last week it started to hurt

DH is guilty....since this happened to me last night! I woke up freezing and had nothing, and he was all rolled in the blankets

We have this problem- we both hog the blankets. Whoever gets to it first wins!!

How I fixed this problem- I have a seperate blanket at the bottom of the bed. Whoever is out in the cold just pulls that one up. Viola!!!! No fighting and we are both warm.

DH! I'll yank some off of him in the middle of the night and he will fight for them!

The air conditioner, and fan are both on MY SIDE of the bed (yet I never want it on), and he still hogs the blankets!!


We ended up getting another throw for the end of the bed, and I use this.

I'm a bed hog and a blanket hog. I sleep vertical and all sprawled out!

My DH does this and then complains that I'm too hot! I ask him, have you tried sleeping on your side of the bed?

Me..I always have the covers but it's okay with DH because he is always hot
