Big decisions, Big Decisions

So DH and I have been talking and talking and talking and we decided that we are going to rent our condo. We feel like we will take a big loss on it now if we try to sell so we want to just ride it out for now. We found a house we want to make an offer on in the perfect location for us and its well within our range (while most of the others in the location are not.) Please send some good thoughts that this all works out ok!

we are doing it through our real estate agency...they do all of that and it requires 3 months rent! Thanks Vicki!
