Bpics - Opinion on tricking DH

So I'm doing bpics with some lovely ladies (wink wink) in a few weeks. DH knows already that I have the day off but he thinks it's part of my summer Fridays. It's his last day of camp so I'm sure he's going to ask him to come to the bar where they have happy hour every year.

Here's my question...I'll have a full face of makeup and my hair still somewhat done. Would it sound believable if I told him that me and my friend who's getting married next year went for a makeup trial??? Does it sound plausible? Or completely made up??

Re: Bpics - Opinion on tricking DH

Honestly, I don't think it's totally out of the question - I would just DEFINITELY loop that friend into your plan if you intend the use that story!!

Re: Bpics - Opinion on tricking DH

I guess it depends on your husbands personality.

My DH would not buy it. He would know I'm upto something.

Re: Bpics - Opinion on tricking DH

Let me know how the outfits look!!! I haven't ordered anything yet but those came super fast - can't wait to hear your review

Truthfully on the ruse for your DH, I might even mention it the night before like, 'oh tomorrow so and so are going to get some b-fast together and then she set up a hair/make up trial for us'

He probably won't think twice about it.

Hmmm that's not a bad idea. If I say it in passing he'll probably just forget. And she's been super on top of planning since she's been engaged so it's not out of the question. If I don't give too many details then he probably won't realize.
