I stopped watching bridezilla b/c it is a circus. I guess Wetv casts clowns for ratings. It goes to show that people will do anything to be on tv and we watch it for the mere entertainment.

As for Karen. I have to say, it was the few bridezillas I watched b/c she was from Staten Island so I had to watch. ha ha ha ha

I'm not a native S.I.er but have lived here a few years to figure this place out. I know Karen is was claiming riches and having a plat wedding and all but based on the homes that were shown, and her wedding details, she's far from that. There are many affluent neighborhoods on SI and it is clear who makes or comes from money and neither of those houses are making that cut.

I'm not one to talk about finances and who knows what kind of money she or her family has...maybe they have some...who am I to judge. The only thing I can say is that her behavior on that show was in very bad taste and insulting to women. We've come this far in society and if you make a decision to be in the public eye, make sure you're not making a fool out of yourself.

Get me her birth certificate! NO FUGGING WAY she's my age!! NO WAY!! If she is I feel sooo badly for her, because she is so leathery and wrinkled it's gross!

she was uncouth and sound rather uneducated
her father was just happy to pay whatever he could to get rid of her. he was actually laughing at her

if they really had money even with her father owning his own business, they would have a house in long island and a home in boca west
her bragging about a 150k wedding, I say she should demand some money back because it looked like maybe a 50k wedding
she doesn't have money because she was wearing a supposedly Burberry coat while carrying a possible Louis Vuitton bag
her Louis Vuitton monogram looked like she brought if off ebay (where was the padlock) and the other she had seems like it too could have been a fake unless her hubby purchased it for her

I agree with some of the statements that people of wealth do not speak about those who are impoverished as much as she did. If she were a model she would not have worn the ensembles she presented on the show. I am wondering what her idea of wealth is since I am from NY and trust me, she didn't present or give me the impression that she was truly wealthy. I did not see the family with a penthouse in NY, a Yacht on the Pier nor a helicopter pad. Maybe I have a different perspective of wealth than she does and maybe hers is based upon the conditions in Staten Island versus the other boroughs in New York.

Whatever the case, I felt sorry for her husband but I have to say, if I were the seamstress, I would sue her for threatening and causing severe stress to a senior citizen. I was extremely happy when her husband to be put her ignorant diminutive self in place and laid down the law on her plain stupidity. How could she be a model when she didn't know how to pose for the camera (you don't have to do dramatic moves, just slight adjustments to poses and facial expressions). Honestly, she reminds me of some young ladies I attended a private university with who continuously tried to validate their wealth yet we all knew they were receiving financial aid.

Karen, just be happy that Lee appears to be a wonderful and caring man. Lee will have you in lock step for sure and you will submit to him no matter how much trash you spewed on tv. I saw how he made you understand your role and put you in your place. GO LEE!!!!!!!!!!
