where do i start social security, then license and so on? and where do i go or can i do it online?

I don't think you can do any online. You can do passport through the mail, but you have to send your wedding license so I'd do that last. I know a few people did their SS through the mail also but I was told I had to go to the Jamaica office. DMV you have to go in person.
