Eh I had one at my bridal shower. If you're looking for something to pick up for the mom-to-be, sure, go for the corsage!

I had one at my shower too and it just got in the way. I honestly don't think she wants one. She's very low key and doesn't like being the center of attention. There's only 15 people attending and she's the only pregnant one. Thought it was kinda self-explanatory.

if the point of the corsage is to make the momma to be feel special, maybe get her a bouquet of flowers to take home or some other token of affection that wouldn't necessarily get in the way as much.
