Couped Up Girls - Question

Did you get a highlights video? I see a lot of people posting them but I didn't get one and it's 3 months later. I should add that I did NOT fill out any of the forms or select any of my music so maybe that's why? But I see highlights vids from only a few weeks ago.

I'm confused.

I just got the basic and i dont think i get a highlight but I don't know what's taking so long. I emailed rob a few days ago and no answer. It's just one of those nagging things left over from the wedding that I want to take care of before I spend the final payment in my bank account

He missed an email from me last week, so I would re-send it because I think he's busy.

he just told me that even though I get highlights, he did my video partially on film, not all DSLR so it's harder and sending out the highlights is a new thing and that's why I got the stills right away instead.

Hmmm - thats strange, b/c when i asked about a trailer thats not what he told me and I had stills just days after the wedding.

This is what he told me - i pulled this right out of the e-mail chain i had with him on June 27th:

'I have added you to my editing queue so that's a good thing. An exact timeframe of when the video would be complete I'm honestly not sure since we are in the busy season now It is elongating my editing turn around. I just go down my list and edit as much as I can. As far as uploading your highlights, That I don't do until the video is done, but when it is if you are ok with it I will add it to my blog.'

No, but i only got his basic package... he did give me the clip from before the reception online as a preview!!!

I was 8 weeks... almost exactly 8 weeks, he emailed me on 9/16 that he shipped it... and he send me the link to the online part on 9/22

I still have to give him my songs. We did the highest package so I was wondering why I was seeing girls with highlights videos right away and I didn't get one. But I think it's because my wedding Rob was shooting DSLR and Nelson was shooting video so it makes it more complicated to combine..maybe? I don't know.
