crashing - afterparty

where did you ladies have your after parties?

our hotel doesn't have a bar - hampton inn jericho westbury

FH just told me he really wants to do one and we didnt budget for this at all

We rented a party bus and had it sit in the parking lot. We told our friends to bring what they would want to drink. It worked out perfectly. Everyone had a great time and we still hear how much everyone loved it. People were going back to their rooms taking naps and coming back out to party. We had the bus until 6am! It came with a buttler who also played music like a dj for us. He hung out by the front of the bus where the cooler was and would hand us our drinks. By far the best decision we made!

Our hotel had a bar but it was small. So we rented out a conference room and a roll in bar. We also catered in 'bar food' appetizers. Our wedding ended up lasting another 4 hours!! It was great!
