Day #4 of Low/No Carb

I know Carbs are my main problem in life.

I met someone over the weekend who said she lost 22 pounds in 3 months (long time, but very realistic) doing low to no carbs.

I said to myself Saturday night, 'Becca, you can do this!'

So I started Sunday. I haven't cut them out completely, but I'm trying to stay away from bread and other bad starches like fries. Like Sunday morning, I had cheerios. They're good for cholesterol, so I said 'eff it.'

So far the scale is favorable, but that could be normal fluctuation.

I hope I can stick to this and not DEVOUR an entire loaf of bread this week.

ETA: At night, if I'm jonesin' for something, I supplement with wine.

I think that sounds like a perfect supplement!!!

You can do it! Biggest thing to diets is being prepared...which I never am and give in to my cravings.

It's not so bad after the 1st week..I did it for a while.

Just search Atkins and would will get great food ideas

I am Celiac the only Carbs I get are Corn Potato and Rice! BUT I love it! It keeps me so fit! Honestly go buy some Atkins bars because they are carb controlled and I use to eat them when I was doing no carbs before I found out I can't have Gluten and theyre so good! So if your Jonesing for something good try Atkins Caramel Chocolate Nut Roll!
