Dear Lord...

...Please give me the strength to get through next week! We are going to the Altantis, Paradise Island with my SIL, BIL, MIL and FIL. Please do not let MIL drive me completely INSANE! Please let us have a good vacation with minimal complaining and let us have some personal space! She is already thanking me for reminding her to bring her passport because she did not realize that the Bahamas was international (even though she upgraded her phone plan to the international plan for our trip)

!!!

Please give me the strength to just walk away and not walk to throw her from the roof. Please let her s*ck it up and walk instead of being lazy and using a wheelchair that just makes FIL miserable! Please let us have a good vacation and please let us enjoy ourselves!

And finally please let BIL keep his complaining about money to a minimal and no fighting with SIL. It becomes extremely uncomfortable for everyone!

Have a great vacation - dont worry about the IL's - Atlantis is huge and you can definately just happen to get lost

HAHA! That's what I plan on doing. I even told MIL 'if I see a wheelchair or if anyone aggrevates me during my vacation, I will see you back in NY'.

Oh man, vacation with the entire family is bittersweet. Bring an I-Pod and lots of books. That way, if people piss you off, you can go lie on the beach with a book or your music/apps and just relax by yourself. I'm not into the whole we're on vacation together as a family and so we must do everything together nonsense. Good luck!
