DH asked me today

when i'll be changing my name on my voicemail ... is it bad that i really don't want to do this (even though i will be legally changing my name eventually).

maybe i'll just put my first name on my voicemail ... but DH would prob have a fit if i did that

Two of my friends told me I have to change my voicemail. The problem is- I don't know how!!

I couldn't remember how to do it, and until I left my job and had to leave a voicemail saying new contact info I never changed it. No one ever noticed/cared.

i have been married almost 4 months and havent changed my name on anything...except FB

I've now been married over a year and am just now slowly starting to change my name on things, I got it changed on my license like 3 months ago, every time I call to make an appt with someone I say my maiden name, more people call my DH Mr. (my last name)!

Its no reflection on him, ask him to try to use a different name and see how easy it is , you've had this name for how long? Now you have to change it all of a sudden and it should be easy? and fast? Not for me.
