Did you send Thank Yous to...

-Guests who attended and didn't give a card or a gift?
-Guests who ******d about something related to your wedding and you heard about it after the fact?

I haven't heard of anyone talking sh*t since the wedding, so far anyway! Lol

I did have people not give us a gift though. I sent thank yous to them, I figured I'd be the bigger person and maybe they will feel guilty and send a late gift

on a side note, FIL asked if we sent the TY cards yet b/c his side of the family mentioned that they never got a TY card. i didn't know ppl actually looked out for those. we just haven't finished it yet! oops

Is it a concidence that the two people in question did both:

1. Talk **** to me or other people
2. Not give a card or a gift.

yes, I sent thank yous to those who didn't gift. Just thanked them for celebrating with us etc.

I sent all my guest a Thank you card. We only invited those who were very close to us. There were a few who didn't gift us but I'm sure that if they could they would so it honestly didn't bother us. We were very grateful for what we got.

this is exactly what i did...but I did not get the response I wanted...still a few no-gifters

a little over 5 months later and DH still hasnt written out his TY cards His mom keeps bugging us so this weekend i wrote out his extended family's ty cards (aunts & uncles from out of town that i met or the first time at the wedding)...but I refused to write out his parents and close relatives. I wonder how much longer it will take to do them

Yes, we thought we invited just close friends but again people show their true colors at weddings.

I am so anal about sending thank you cards-- i sent them to everyone, even those who did not gift just saying thanks for sharing our special day with us

i finally finished them last night after this post inspired me lol. I'm sending them out today praise the lord

And I love how DH was watching me last night and says 'man, i feel sorry for you.'

For the guests that attended but didn't give a gift I just thanked them for coming, I didn't mention a gift
