do you ever regret

something you ate?

I'm generally a pretty healthy person when it comes to food. I work out and so I eat what I want if I have a craving or see something that is kinda naughty but delicious-looking.

Well, I just ate a 6' round linzer cookie (one of my personal faves) with like 3 inches of jelly...it was so fresh and delicious (got it from Financier on Wall street - YUM)....but now I'm sticky and covered in powdered sugar and just like 'UGHHHH WHY...why did I eat that?!'

It WAS quite fantastic! I was just in the bathroom at school and found jelly up near my eyebrow!! I just sat in a group meeting with JELLY ON MY FACE! Can you say professional!?!

Damn, now I want one! Ugh, so yummy!

I regret food when I feel like I'm bursting at the seams. I also regret food that tastes bad. I'll be like 'Ugh! So not worth the calories!'

I regret eating something when its really high in calories and fat and doesn't even taste that great. if its absolutely delicious I usually dont regret it. But I hate wasting calories on bad food!!
