Does anyone know - ATTY question

what type of atorney I need to contact in order to set up a business? DH is looking into setting up a side business for us & I need to contact an attorney to draw up papers & whatnot - but not sure what type of attorney I need to call & make an appt with. TIA for any help - you can FM me or post!

to set up the corp is pretty easy and you can do it yourself unless you are doing a LLC.


FM me and I might be able to walk you through it all so you dont have to spend the $$$$ on an atty.
