so, mer's flip flop post got me thinking....I really do abuse my feet. I literally barely own anything other then flip flops when it comes to the summer months.

What if I broke a pair of these sperry topsiders in?

OR, my dad and brother swear by these sanuks. I got DH a pair last year and he LOVED them but their isn't any arch support so I suppose I'd be just a good rocking flip flops

i'm not a huge fan of brown - gold might look OK.

my dad wears the brown ones too!

I guess I'm laugh-worthy because I've got a couple of pairs of shoes that look at least somewhat like that and I love them.

The brown is the classic 'boat shoe' color. I didn't realize they were 'in' right now! I wore these as a kid because my dad owned a sailboat!

i love topsiders.

i dont own any but my wardrobe isnt very nautical/preppy.

but if i had the clothes id totally wear the shoes.

Yeah, people have been wearing them for a while... totally get that brown is a classic 'boat shoe,' growing up I spent my summers on boats.. which is prob why I think the brown is masculine, reminds me of the shoes my grandpa wore

Cute in another color though... but like I said that is JMO.
