edible arrangement sizes

hi have any of you received an edible arrangement (fruit), what was your opinion on it? the fruit wasnt too soggy or hard/tasteless? They are kinda pricey ususally 50$+ but beautiffuly cut up i think. i want to send one to someone, and was wondering if the small which is $47.00 is TOO SMALL.... any reviews on them would be appreciated

TIA

Re: edible arrangement sizes

I have ordered and sent things many times from EA. I love them.

I ordered a small bouquet for my mom for her birthday. IT was just a small, chocolate dipped strawberry bouquet. It wasn't too terrible. We actually polished it off in the car on the way over to DH's parents house lol It was good for both of us. I know they are expensive.

The big , large ones, are enough to feed a whole office. We get them sometimes from people as gifts and we always have lots of fruit left over. I have sent small bouquets during christmas to friends and I think they are good enough.

I have also sent a box of the dipped fruit, the $25 or $30 boxes I think, and those were also good as well.

I know it's expensive, but they are pretty and you do get a decent amount of fruit on them. :)

Just another option, try looking at Cheryl & Co. I just sent someone cookies for their birthday and they were sooo yummy. If you aren't set on sending fruit that is. :)

Re: edible arrangement sizes

I like EA but think they can be a bit pricey as well. If you're looking for something for one person, I'd go with the small. Or you can look at Harry & David or Popcorn Factory. I love stuff from both places!
