Ever feel like you can’t get ahead?

I know it’s life, but do you ever feel like this? I do…For instance, DH paid off one his student loans last month (so, great~ that means $100 more for us every month). Then, I find out our insurance is going up $100. Stuff like this happens to me all the time.

I know exactly how you feel. I got a 2k bonus at work, the same week I had 2k in car repairs done. It seems that everytime we think things are getting better, and we will be able to save, something comes up

yup. at least you are breaking even. We always feel like we are slipping backwards no matter how much progress we thought we were making.
