When you eat mega-doses of fiber do you have regular poops more often or is it explosive?

HAHAHAHAHAHA I just made myself laugh a bit! But really. I eat A TON of fiber but I could use a diaper when I start going overboard with it.....

funny u ask because i just went. and i regret not having my phone with me to show becca.

it was MASSSSSSSSIVE.. when i mean massive..and im not exaggerating... LONGER THAN 12 INCHES. i KID U NOT. i stood up and stared at it for like a minute. it was THAT Long.

walking back to my office i felt like i was floating.

to answer your question, they are more hearty...

no explosions. just long clean logs.

i wasnt going to say anything..but she asked.

it was SO LONG and it didnt curve at all. i have NEVER seen one this long. even DH , when he shows me the 'trophy' ones.. they were not as long as my last one. no way. guiness book status all the way
