Finally picked out a Halloween Costume, now need opinions!

Ok, so I picked out a Halloween Costume.

Essentially it is this:



So now I'm trying to pick out the right dress. But because we're poor at the moment I want to buy something really cheap (like under $25) that I'll use again. I know I'm not really going to find the perfect dress, but as long as you think it's close.

I need opinions on these ASAP:



ETA: I just saw that they only have this dress in a Medium and I'm a small. Do you think it'll matter if it's 1 size too big if there's a ribbon for a belt?


Or do you know another dress?

I think it has to be solid blue to make it work. So out of the 2 number 2.

I have seen that costume done with a booth. I have to see if I can find pics, but its a cute idea.

I think dress #2 is great for it. I love the idea of going as Lucy.

I love when they did the Dog sees God play, it was awesome!!!!

Yeah, I was thinking I would buy ribbon for the dress and just tie it around my waist like a belt. I have a bunch of them that I've gotten from the craft store for other dresses, but nothing in blue.
