THATS ALL I WANT TO DO IS EAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!SO FAR IVE HAD
930AM HIGH FIBER OATMEAL 160 CAL 2GRAMS FAT 10 GRAMS FIBER
1030AM APPLE
1230PM PROGRESSO WW SOUP 160 CAL 8 GRAMS FIBER
130PM APPLE
BY THE TIME 230PM COMES AROUND IM SURE ILL HAVE A PALM FULL OF CASHEWS
OH AND AT 4PM IM SO HAVING ANOTHER HIGH FIBER OATMEAL
OOPS ALMOST FORGOT- 80Z OF WATER BEFORE AND AFTER EACH OF THESE MEALS/SNACKS
PLEASEEEEEEEEEEEEE TELL ME THIS IS NOT A LOT OF FOOD TO BE EATING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i havent had any weird assspiss or monster shiits.ive been going like i normally do.
the only thing that scuks is how much i have to pisss

It's not that much, but what about protein???? You have tons of fiber and no protein
I plan my day out to eat approx. every 3-4 hours. I have a light breakfast, snack, pretty big lunch, snack, medium sized dinner, snack.

after i workout i have din din when i get home which is usually chicken breast lean pork or turkey burger no bun

You could swap out the apple, but I mean significant protein. I try to have two servings a day, usually at lunch and dinner. Chicken, lean beef, turkey, fish, pork, eggs, beans, etc.

It sounds really healthy..if you want to sneak some protein in I would substitute the 2nd serving of oatmeal for yogurt or cottage cheese maybe. You definitely are eating enough fiber which is good.

No wonder you are hungry...that isn't that much food really at all. Maybe try to have more protein with your lunch. Grilled chicken or something?
