Girls Looking for Houses in Suffolk

My neighbor's house is for sale. He is in the nursing home now and his kids are selling it. We don't really know them all that well but its an nice house.

Its a really good deal too especially for the size of the property. It's only a 2 bedroom and it probably needs a lot of updating so its definitely for someone that doesn't mind doing some work, but it has a HUGE yard and a lot of room for expansion, in a very nice area. Of course it has East Islip taxes.

BUT IT HAS THE BEST NEIGHBORS!!!

Just sharing with you guys because if I was still looking I would be interested.
