not sure if you'd like this, but i found the 94% reduced fat popcorn to be a great snack! i think it's 1 or 2 points, but it's honestly been awhile .

Re: girls who have done/are doing weight watchers

The ww string cheese and yogurt was a lifesaver for me. And whole grain white bread (wonder) only 1 point per 2 slices. Better than wheat :o)

Re: girls who have done/are doing weight watchers

My advice would be to not buy too much of the WW branded stuff...apparently they are hauling out a whole new points program come November.

Re: girls who have done/are doing weight watchers

we should have a support on nw of weight watchers. I rejoined like a month ago to loose some of this baby weight. its like i whole new system for me because when i made lifetime i was doing core.

I would def say 94% popcorn . in the back of the weekly tracker theres a little shopping list that i found really helpful. that helped me a lot with late night snacking when i lost the weight with core.

get lots of whole wheat.

i get a lot of the stuff at target

Re: girls who have done/are doing weight watchers

stay away from all the pre-packaged, WW or otherwise, stuff.....eat more fruits and veggies rather than 100 cal paks.
