Got a new Blackberry and I'm lost

I just got my new BB today and I need to have all my stuff transfered I am going to verizon after work to do it. I know I could do it on my own, but I suck at backing it up and probably haven't in a year. lol

Question though, will it also transfer my BBM contacts? I have a new PIN now so do I have to give it to everyone.

Yes- your new BB should automatically send requests to all your BBM friends to add your new PIN. They just have to accept you and delete the old one.
